How much does real estate photography cost?

Imagetree’s real estate photography packages start at $185, with pricing based on the property’s total square footage. Additional services, including drone photography, listing videos, twilight photography, and 3D virtual tours, are available to customize your package.

What areas does Imagetree serve?

What is included in a real estate photography package?

Our standard real estate photography packages include interior and exterior photos, professional editing, MLS-ready image files, and a complimentary floor plan upon request. Additional services, including drone photography, listing videos, twilight photography, and 3D virtual tours, are available to customize your package.

How quickly will I receive my listing photos?

Imagetree guarantees next-day delivery for real estate photography. Same-day delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee. Virtual tours and 3D bundles are delivered by the next business day.

How should sellers prepare their home for listing photos?

To prepare your home for real estate photography, vacuum and mop floors, declutter countertops and other surfaces, make beds, replace burned-out light bulbs, and move vehicles out of the driveway. These simple steps help buyers focus on the property’s space and features. See our complete listing photography preparation checklist for a detailed walkthrough.

How many listing photos will I receive?

The number of listing photos depends on the property’s size, layout, and features. Imagetree’s real estate photography packages have no fixed photo limit. We photograph each property thoroughly and deliver as many finished images as we believe are needed to showcase the home.

Do you offer drone photography and video for real estate listings?

Yes. Imagetree offers professional real estate drone photography and videography from FAA Part 107-certified drone pilots. Aerial photos and video help showcase a property’s location, waterfront access, and surrounding area, giving buyers a perspective that ground-level photography alone cannot provide.

What is the difference between a listing video and a 3D virtual tour?

A 3D virtual tour lets buyers explore a home interactively, choosing where to go and viewing rooms at their own pace. A listing video provides a guided viewing experience that shows how the rooms connect and highlights the property’s features. Buyers simply press play to get a feel for the home. Both complement listing photos by helping buyers better understand the space.

Do your real estate photography packages include floor plans?

Yes. All Imagetree real estate photography packages include a complimentary floor plan upon request. Floor plans help buyers understand the home’s layout and how rooms connect. Request yours when booking your photography session.

Do you offer agent-on-camera listing videos and vertical social media videos?

Yes. Imagetree’s real estate listing videos offer optional agent intros and outros, along with vertical-format video options for Instagram Reels and other social media platforms. Appearing in your listing video helps introduce you to prospective clients and builds your personal brand while showcasing the property.

What is twilight real estate photography, and when should I use it?

Twilight real estate photography captures a property shortly after sunset, when the soft evening sky contrasts with warm interior and exterior lighting. It is especially well suited to homes with attractive outdoor lighting, pools, or outdoor living spaces. Twilight photos can create a striking lead image and highlight features that are less visible during the day.
